Q: How do I book my Event?

You can call us directly at 647 234 6935, email us at magicalworldent@gmail.com, or fill out a booking request form directly on our website.

Q: How long do I have to book my event?

Please book a minimum two weeks prior to your event. If you have less time please don't hesitate to call us and we will do our best to accomodate you!

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash or Company cheques depending on the type of event.

We do not currently take deposits for your event. Rather, we ask that you ensure you purchase the right packages/services and pay upon arrival or same day.

Q: Is there any deposit in order to book my event?

Yes and No, depending on the service booked. Please call us to find out about your event booking for further information.

Q: What if I would like to change the date of my event or service?

Please call us as soon as you know there will be a change of date so we can do our best to accommodate your time change.

Q: What if there is bad weather on the day of my event?

Upon inclement weather, we will contact you ahead of time to discuss your options. You will be provided with 2 options: switch the date, or switch the services depending on your needs.

Q: Does Magical World Entertainment have insurance?

Magical World Entertainment is fully insured.
